Terms of Service

1. The Service

myAviationTools is an aviation ecosystem platform connecting A&P mechanics, pilots, and aviation employers. It provides a unified portal for authentication, account management, and access to connected apps including MyAviJobs, the Logbook, Marketplace, Company Hub, and the Blockchain Explorer. Each connected app has its own supplemental terms where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Better Auth session tokens expire 7 days after issue; you may revoke them via the Settings page at any time. Your single account provides access to all connected apps via cross-domain SSO.

4. Subscription, Trial, and Fees

New accounts receive a 14-day free Pro trial. After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires an active paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; existing paid subscribers will not see a price change mid-billing-cycle.

5. Platform Ecosystem

myAviationTools acts as the authentication and identity hub for all connected apps. You consent to your account identity (name, email, role, certificate status) being shared across connected apps within the platform to provide a seamless experience. You may manage connected app access from the Platform console at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not falsify aircraft, airmen, or maintenance records.
• Do not reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not exceed plan limits via multiple accounts.

7. Your Data

You own your data. You can export your account data at any time from the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how long we retain it.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your records enter a 30-day grace period before hard deletion. Deleting your platform account will also terminate access to all connected apps. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms with notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free operation. myAviationTools is a platform tool — it is your responsibility to ensure your professional activities meet the regulatory requirements applicable to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) $100 USD or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
