- Featurev9.37
Logbook adds a FAA Form 8130-3 draft generator and loaded W&B check, with sign-offs through work orders and Base hourly sealing
- Logbook: new FAA Form 8130-3 DRAFT generator for inventory items and work-order items, with block numbers and titles aligned to the FAA form guidance. The dialog now opens above the page and no longer pre-ticks block 14a
- Logbook: the Weight & Balance check now includes a loaded CG check and counts installed equipment only; recalculating weights no longer fails on the base weighing lookup
- Logbook: the aircraft Manage Plan and Access box now lists invited mechanics inline
- Logbook: work orders can be duplicated
- Logbook: watch sign-offs, manual entries and due closes now go through a work order, so sign-offs happen in one place
- Logbook: due dates that add calendar months now stop at month end (Jan 31 plus one month is Feb 28), and a tool due today shows as Due soon, not Overdue
- Logbook: public pages show the legal footer links, and the signed-out header no longer shows app navigation
- Logbook: invitation fixes. Accepting an invite no longer demotes an existing owner or admin, and an invite to a deleted organization can no longer be accepted
- Logbook: inventory quantity and unit cost, purchase-order line prices, and component-change requests (including a maintenance action or a work order with no aircraft) are now validated with clear errors instead of server failures
- Blockchain: seals now anchor to Base mainnet every hour, and hourly heartbeat anchors are labeled as such and kept out of batch counts
- Fixv9.36
Clearer errors on Hub purchase orders, expired password-reset links, and more accurate Blockchain explorer labels
- Hub: when creating a purchase order fails, the error now appears inside the New PO form instead of behind it, so the form no longer looks like it did nothing
- Platform: opening an expired or invalid password-reset link now shows "Reset link expired" with a link to request a new one, instead of showing the password form and failing after you submit
- Blockchain: the block page now labels the anchor's hash as a Transaction (with a chain-aware link) and only shows a Block Hash when a real one exists. The block list column is renamed Transaction
- Blockchain: explorer transaction, block and epoch rows now show which chain each row belongs to
- Fixv9.35
Logbook timers, new-aircraft setup and work orders now tell you when something fails, plus a clearer aircraft PDF export
- Logbook: the whole-aircraft PDF export now shows "Preparing PDF…" while it builds, is allowed more time on large aircraft, and the printed export date no longer shifts by a day depending on time zone
- Logbook: if saving an aircraft timer fails, you now get an error message and the editor stays open instead of looking saved. Clearing a timer field now cancels the edit instead of saving zero
- Logbook: timer saves no longer double-submit, and failed engine or APU card updates are retried or reported
- Logbook: the aircraft configuration window now shows the server's reason when a save fails, survives a network drop, and blocks double submits. Failed engine or APU timer card setup is now reported
- Logbook: New Aircraft keeps your engine count, operating part and entered meter readings, shows which fields failed validation, and saves blank meter fields as empty rather than zero
- Logbook: onboarding now shows the real error message when creating your first aircraft or entry fails, tells you which invites failed and keeps you on that step, and no longer lets a first entry through with a description the server will refuse
- Logbook: on work orders, quick discrepancy entry reports a failed link or work-item call and creates one work item. A new work order from a squawk no longer says it worked when the squawk link failed
- Logbook: weight and balance recalculation and the link-existing-squawk recovery path now check the result before showing success
- Logbook: deleting a supply-chain tag no longer reports success when the delete fails
- Logbook: the Settings subscription line, onboarding, the seal badge explainer and the seal-all button now describe sealing as happening when a record is signed or created
- Fixv9.34
Logbook exports and records open for every org member, twin-engine log page timers, and safer deletes of signed records
- Logbook: everyone in an aircraft's organization can now open the aircraft PDF and CSV exports, the compliance list and due-item details. Before, some of these were limited to the aircraft owner. Editing and managing stay limited to people with write access
- Logbook: component pages, component records, the full-jacket view, logbook entry details and aircraft photos now open for organization members, not only the aircraft owner
- Logbook: a work order opened by a mechanic can now have its item list read by the aircraft owner, an admin, or the Approver
- Logbook: the whole-aircraft PDF export no longer fails with an error, and its compliance header now shows the tail number
- Logbook: on twin-engine and APU aircraft, the log page timers and PDF export now use each unit's own total time and cycles
- Logbook: the JSON export now leaves out records that were deleted, and the printable export escapes every piece of text it prints
- Logbook: viewers and students no longer see Create Work Order or part edit buttons that would be refused. Part changes are open to the owner, an org admin, or members with aircraft edit access
- Logbook: signed logbook entries and sealed work orders can no longer be hard-deleted, and clearing sample data or purging an aircraft now stops if signed records exist
- Logbook: the View Engine link now shows for older engines, and engine card keyboard control works with the real buttons inside the card
- Fixv9.33
Logbook engine cycles timers, clearer access labels, dark-theme dropdowns, and accessibility names across the app
- Logbook: engine cards on the aircraft page now show their own cycles timer, and the links that show how a timer changed are highlighted so they are easier to find
- Logbook: sealed labels now read "Sealed", "Sealed when signed" and "Records seal when signed"; sealing itself works the same as before
- Logbook: on the Access list, a grant that ended because its work order was closed now reads "Ended: work order closed" instead of a future "Expired" date
- Logbook: an aircraft owner, an admin, or the Approver of a discrepancy can open any work order on that aircraft to read it. Editing is still limited to people with write access
- Logbook: viewers and students and other read-only roles can no longer delete documents they uploaded
- Logbook: native dropdown menus in the dark theme now use dark colors, so options are readable
- Logbook: buttons, switches, filters and form fields across work orders, maintenance, parts, supply chain, exports, settings and component pages now have names that match what you see on screen, so screen readers and voice control can find them
- Featurev9.32
Logbook aircraft page status header, Blockchain record chip, and more accurate grounding and dates
- Logbook: the aircraft page header has a new status layout. It shows the aircraft category (for example Rotorcraft) on the subtitle line, and one Blockchain record chip that opens a short explanation of how your records are sealed. The GROUNDED badge now has a clear accessible name and tooltip
- Logbook: the Live work order card shows other open work orders in a "+N more open" list. A work order you cannot open is shown as plain text ("Opened by another user") instead of a link that ends in a not-found page
- Logbook: the GROUNDED badge and the release row now use the same count of grounding reasons, and the release row is no longer green while the aircraft is grounded. Watch items and temporary repairs that are still in life are shown as a note instead of grounding the aircraft
- Logbook: part installed, removed and next-due dates, due item details, the component card and PDFs no longer show a day early in US time zones
- Logbook: viewers and students can no longer change watch items, deferrals, work order items or work order attachments, and a failed save no longer shows a success message. Signing off, amending a logbook entry and restoring a deleted aircraft now follow the matching Settings permission instead of being owner-only
- Logbook: the Record ID link on the Blockchain record opens the right page, and the Billing page explains when the aircraft you asked to manage is not one you can manage. Organization members can open logbook entry attachments
- Fixv9.31
Logbook Manage Plan and Access, student dispatch check-in, read-only roles, and safer public verify pages
- Logbook: the Access list (invite a mechanic, who has access, the 30-day note) now sits inside the plan card on the aircraft page. The card is labeled "Manage Plan and Access" and the attachments page link is "View Attachments". Settings keeps its own copy
- Logbook: students can check in and check out their own assigned dispatch. Organization viewers and students are read-only on aircraft records, maintenance entries, squawks, work orders, deferrals, watch items, documents and imports, so a view-only seat can no longer change records
- Logbook: signing as an IA or Designee now checks your verified certificate on work orders, work items, deferrals and watch items. A signed or closed work order locks its items, and a closed or cancelled purchase order locks its header and line items
- Logbook: inviting mechanics to an organization needs the invite permission, only the owner can detach an aircraft from its workspace, and deleting an aircraft photo frees its storage
- Logbook: a malformed link or bad ID now opens a normal not-found page or message instead of a server error, and bad or blank dates and intervals on calibrated tools are refused with a clear message. Error messages across the app no longer echo raw system text
- Logbook: the public verify and backup-check pages no longer return internal fields or name internal services
- Fixv9.30
Logbook attachments view and billing fixes, honest Pricing and public pages, and sturdier Blockchain pages
- Logbook: each aircraft header now shows its plan with a storage bar, and a new View attachments page lists that aircraft's files. Source files for transcribed entries show up, and files stream through the app instead of exposing storage links
- Logbook: Billing shows your real payment method, including Link and bank accounts, and keeps working when a Stripe read fails. If Stripe errors, you see fixed wording instead of raw error text. The cancel dialog names the public plan (Fleet, not the retired "Unlimited"), and a card-trial banner no longer promises a charge after you cancel
- Logbook: the upgrade dialog for Fleet opens once, not twice, and the Fleet card is demo-first with no Stripe checkout. Reply-time wording and an auto-charge note are in the legal pages and upgrade dialog, and the home page says "TBO countdown on the due board" instead of "automatic TBO alerts"
- Logbook: import transcription now survives a provider outage and says so, the dashboard no longer fails on a timesheet read, attachment files with odd types are served safely, and the Contact page no longer asks for encrypted reports
- Main site: Pricing sells only the three Logbook plans. Public pages, the blog, the Command Center and Status stop pointing at apps that are not open yet, and blog links go to live pages. The newsletter no longer reveals whether an address is subscribed, has a rate limit, and re-subscribing confirms the write. Free-plan card wording shows on a phone signup, and the passport API no longer returns database error text
- Main site: AD directory search treats % and _ as plain text, and the legal pages carry the Texas courts and venue line
- Blockchain: the Gas page shows an honest empty state instead of zeros, the Last Anchor tile and /api/stats match the explorer, and public pages have their own tab titles. Malformed block numbers and record identifiers return a real 404 or 400 instead of a bogus page
- Design: headings across Logbook and the main site use the app font, and light mode contrast fixes land on the cancel dialog, billing storage bar and Blockchain home
- Forum: guests see a plain "Create a free account" link, and a post report that was not recorded no longer uses up your one report
* Tamper-evident means alterations are detectable via the SHA-256 chain and Ed25519 signature (Ethereum anchoring is rolling out); does not make records tamper-proof, compliant, certified, or an airworthiness determination.
