- Does one subscription cover all apps?
- No. Pro and Fleet are Logbook plans, priced per aircraft or flat for a fleet.
- What is the 15-day trial and what does it include?
- The 15-day free trial gives you full Pro access from day one — up to 5 aircraft, unlimited due items and work orders, unlimited mechanic access, components, attachments, weight & balance, engine tracking, imports and full export. A card is required to start. On day 15 your plan (monthly or yearly) is billed automatically unless you cancel before day 15; if you cancel, your account stays on Free and your data stays intact.
- Is engine tracking included in Free?
- Free lets you enter engine hours, tach and total time in Logbook so your due items (100-hour, oil change and the like) keep counting down. Engine tracking — the TBO countdown, engine trends and health, cylinder and compression history, and engine components — is part of Pro ($14.99 per aircraft per month) and is included in Fleet.
- How does per-aircraft billing work?
- Pro is $14.99 per aircraft per month, up to 5 aircraft. Add an aircraft and your subscription goes up by one (prorated); remove one and it goes down. Past 5 aircraft, Fleet is $100/mo flat for unlimited aircraft and 500 GB of storage shared across your fleet. Pay monthly, or yearly at 10× the monthly price (two months free): Pro $149.90 per aircraft per year, Fleet $1,000 per year.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
- Your data stays. Sealed records keep their SHA-256 hashes and stay checkable on the public verifier. On-chain Sepolia anchoring of those records is rolling out. You lose access to new Pro features (additional aircraft and engine tracking) but can export everything before downgrading.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- Yes. You add a card at checkout to start the 15-day Pro trial. Nothing is charged during the trial; on day 15 the plan you picked is billed automatically unless you cancel before day 15. The Free plan never needs a card.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Cancel any time from Logbook Settings → Billing.
- What does 'blockchain-anchored' actually mean for my records?
- Records seal automatically when you sign them, on every plan — there is no seal button to press. Every sealed maintenance entry is SHA-256 hashed into a per-aircraft append-only chain. Anchoring of those records to Sepolia (Ethereum testnet) is rolling out. Anyone can check a sealed hash on the public verifier with no account. Modify a sealed record and the chain breaks detectably.
