- Yes. A single Pro or Unlimited subscription unlocks Pro-tier features across Logbook, Marketplace, Blockchain Explorer, and Company Hub simultaneously — no per-app fees.
- What is the 14-day trial and what does it include?
- The 14-day free trial gives you full Pro access from day one — 10 aircraft, unlimited entries, unlimited blockchain seals, and all cross-app features. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade after 14 days, your account drops to the Free tier and your data stays intact.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are billed once per year and cost the equivalent of 10 months — 2 months free. Pro annual is $190/yr ($15.83/mo effective). Unlimited annual is $490/yr ($40.83/mo effective). You can switch between monthly and annual from Settings → Subscription at any time.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
- Your data stays. Sealed blockchain records remain permanently verifiable — the Merkle proofs are anchored to Ethereum and IPFS and can't be removed. You lose access to new Pro features (additional aircraft, unlimited seals, API calls) but can export everything before downgrading.
- Is myAviJobs included in the subscription?
- myAviJobs job browsing and applications are free for all users. Employer posting packages on myAviJobs are priced separately — see the myAviJobs pricing page.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. The 14-day trial activates automatically on signup. We only ask for payment details when you choose to continue after the trial ends.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription.
- What does 'blockchain-anchored' actually mean for my records?
- Every sealed maintenance entry is SHA-256 hashed into a per-aircraft append-only chain. Daily, all unsealed records are batched into a Merkle tree and the root is written to Ethereum Sepolia as permanent calldata. This means any third party — an FAA inspector, a prospective buyer, an insurance adjuster — can independently verify your records without trusting us. Modify a sealed record and the chain breaks detectably.
