Summary
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2014-25-01, which applied to certain Bombardier, Inc., Model DHC-8-400 series airplanes. AD 2014-25-01 required modifying the nose landing gear (NLG) trailing arm and installing a new pivot pin retention mechanism. This AD instead requires modifying the NLG shock strut assembly.
