Summary
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-100-1A10 airplanes. This AD requires removing the fasteners attaching the machined center fitting to the rear spar frame lower flange splice, inspecting the fasteners and fastener holes for damage, reworking and repairing the fastener holes, as applicable, and replacing the fasteners.
