Airworthiness Directives; Turbomeca S.A. Turboshaft Engines
Summary
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Turbomeca S.A. Makila 2A and 2A1 turboshaft engines. This AD requires tightening the nut attaching the swivel union to the engine power turbine module M04. This AD was prompted by two occurrences of commanded in-flight shutdown following low oil pressure warning.
