Summary
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG (RRD) Tay 620-15 turbofan engines. This AD was prompted by reports of low-pressure compressor (LPC) fan blade retention lug failures.
