Airworthiness Directives; Agusta S.p.A. Helicopters
Summary
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2014-04-14 for Agusta S.p.A. (Agusta) Model A109S, AW109SP, A119, and AW119 MKII helicopters. AD 2014-04-14 required removing certain rod end assemblies from service because of reports of fractures.
