We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Saab AB, Saab Aerosystems Model SAAB 2000 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of rudder pedal restriction which was the result of water leakage at the inlet tubing of an in-line heater in the lower part of the forward fuselage.
